The details matter
Returns & refunds
Sometimes a record is not quite what you expected. Start with the order details and the condition notes, then tell us what needs attention.
Check your record on arrival
Compare the release, media grade, sleeve grade and any condition comments with your order. Keep the packaging while you check everything.
- Keep your order number and the title of the affected record.
- Photograph visible damage to the record, sleeve or parcel.
- Describe a playback issue, including the side and track where it happens.
Changed your mind?
Where EU consumer rules apply, online purchases generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt. Exceptions can apply, including certain sealed recordings after they have been unsealed.
Contact the seller before sending anything back. The return address, applicable postage costs and instructions need to be confirmed for your order.
Wrong, damaged or misdescribed
A problem with an item is different from simply changing your mind. Explain what differs from the listing and keep evidence of the issue.
Your statutory consumer rights are not reduced by this guide. The correct remedy depends on the issue and the law that applies to your purchase.
